About TONY PORTER

Tony’s story didn’t start in boardrooms. As a child abandoned in a foreign country, he ended up on the streets, scavenging for food and doing whatever he could to survive.

To get by, he mowed lawns, cleared gardens, and knocked on doors for pennies and a meal. But survival wasn’t just about getting through the day. It taught him how people treat you when you have nothing, and how small shifts in behaviour can change outcomes. Those early lessons became the foundation of a skillset he would later carry into the corporate world, knocking on doors, starting conversations, and turning them into real opportunities.

That same mindset did not disappear when he stepped into professional sales; it sharpened.The discipline, resilience, and ability to read people became his edge in more complex and high stakes environments, where the conversations were bigger but the fundamentals stayed the same.

From there, Tony rose to become both a top performing individual contributor and an award winning sales leader. He built and led teams that generated millions in revenue, earning Presidents Club and Winners Circle honours along the way.
